Oil wasn’t changed properly Leaked while going down the road. Team lead sucks and don’t know how to do his job.
Took 3 hours to get my tires replaced. Had an appointment at 5pm and they didn’t get my truck in until 6:45pm. Only had one guy working on it once it did get in.
I brought in 4 new tires and tpms sensors to install. The tech installs the sensors in the old tires which were worn out. How do you make such a simple mistake? Then they had to remove the sensors and mount and balance the new tires.
Everyone was so nice and got my problem solved as quick as they could. Got Oil Change and Tire Rotation along with checking my brakes.
