Dirty needs updated
Go for a walk in at 8am to get oil changed since I already had a grocery pickup scheduled. Drop off keys, and was told there were two cars ahead of me, one in each bay spot and shouldn’t take longer than an hour. I wait for 2 and a half hours to find out they have not even started to look at my car. The employee failed to mention any appointment would bump mine back, and failed to mention they were booked for the day, and it would have taken another 3-4 hours minimum… This current team has no idea what they are doing, or how... read more

I have been here twice and never got my oil change. The first time they told me they were swamped and I should make an appointment for the next day. We'll I don't live in Laramie, I live almost 2hrs away. So when I got home I called corporate. They said they she just take walk ins and no appointment is needed. So I went back without an appointment. Came in for new tires, technician seemed visibly annoyed to get handed my keys. Originally had an appointment which they cancelled because “my tires weren’t in” even though the app showed they were delivered. Did not call me when they were done so I waited 5 hours and called them to find out it had been done. Drove away and my steering wheel instantly started shaking. Had to bring the car back and was told an hour wait for them to balance my tires.
