They get 3 stars because at least what they do is reliable and they do it well. But they get only 3 stars because prepare to wait AT LEAST 3 hours for any service even if it's just an oil change and even if you're scheduled.

Ben has an excellent customer service approach. Took my order to replace filters and some minor touch ups, then completed everything himself in next 40 minutes and in addition to that went above and beyond to advise me on too much air pressure in tires which he promptly adjusted once car was already outside the shop. The price was excellent. When you visit this service, ask for Ben, who has a very professional manners and a great personality.
They are my favorite people to go to when my tire needs air. I have gotten. Oil changes and new tires from them also. I do recommend making an appointment. They maybe super busy for walk-ins.
Been using this Walmart auto center since it opened 24 years ago, but I have to say the crew working there over the past year is the best Ive ever encountered at any Walmart auto center (Ive used at least 6 others). Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Ive always been happy with their work on tires as well as oil changes, and their labor costs for mounting and balancing have not gotten out of control like some of the competing "chain" shops here in Laramie.
