Worst experience ever I went there as a fleet member to get two tires on two sets of trucks. The manager walked away and went to sporting goods and left me standing there for 20 minutes then there was a guy who kept asking me to come outside and I kept telling him I need to be inside because of a fleet member. I have to get a PO. He still forced me to go outside. Finally he got to my vehicle and said oh you need tires then proceeded to sell me tires. I don’t need so I explain to him. Worst auto center. I waited almost two hours to fix puncture even I arrive first in the morning.
I ordered a set of tires on Walmart.com and set up an installation appointment. The installation went well and the staff was pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, when I got home (18 miles away) I noticed a problem with my tire. I immediately called Walmart auto care to let them know there was a warranty issue and I did not experience any road hazards that would cause this. Henry had amazing customer service!
Like the other Walmarts, my orders continue getting canceled or the items that I order are not in stock on time. It’s just a continuous issue that really needs to be corrected within Walmart.
