Waited 3 hours for an oil change, that I never got. Two cars in front of me when I got here. Two technicians neither certified, they don't have certain oils today so that's causing an issue because they have to go in the store and get oil off the shelf to use and the computer can't recognize that. Then on top of that they're having issues sending info from the repair area to the desk for a checkout.... So they can't even check people out!!! I scheduled to get my oil change and it took an hour (like the slots they had provided.) I was fine with waiting. The man who did my oil change came back inside and chucked my keys on the counter. When I say chucked them, they literally bounced off the counter and it took a chunk out of my keyfob. I was absolutely irritated, but went on about my day. Hunter was so much help, i asked him questions i wouldn’t expect a walmart worker and he just answered them off the top of his head and was correct about everything (im a master mechanic) and honestly i was surprised, i asked him where my leak was coming from and he said and i quote “im not saying this is the issue because i would not like to be liable if it’s false but im almost certain it’s your rear main seal” and he was 100%correct and i really appreciate having kids in this generation that know what they’re talking abou... read more
The best thing about this place is the price is cheap. Other than that customer service is substandard and efficiency is substandard. Don’t expect them to answer the phones, don’t expect a smile, don’t expect them to be clean. People just don’t care anymore. It’s tough.
My car wouldn't start in the walmart parking lot(literally 50 ft from the auto center), my husband asked Larry about having someone check our battery. Larry said they aren't allowed to do that in the parking lot, my husband told him the car won't move and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you. Finally they sent out Jacob to test the battery ( seemed nice) he said he couldn't check the battery because they would have to remove my tire and he went back in.
