Hunter was so much help, i asked him questions i wouldn’t expect a walmart worker and he just answered them off the top of his head and was correct about everything (im a master mechanic) and honestly i was surprised, i asked him where my leak was coming from and he said and i quote “im not saying this is the issue because i would not like to be liable if it’s false but im almost certain it’s your rear main seal” and he was 100%correct and i really appreciate having kids in this generation that know what they’re talking abou... read more
The best thing about this place is the price is cheap. Other than that customer service is substandard and efficiency is substandard. Don’t expect them to answer the phones, don’t expect a smile, don’t expect them to be clean. People just don’t care anymore. It’s tough.
My car wouldn't start in the walmart parking lot(literally 50 ft from the auto center), my husband asked Larry about having someone check our battery. Larry said they aren't allowed to do that in the parking lot, my husband told him the car won't move and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know what to tell you. Finally they sent out Jacob to test the battery ( seemed nice) he said he couldn't check the battery because they would have to remove my tire and he went back in. Best service ever the gentleman handling the front end with the pokemon card necklace is great he even let us know the status as we passed him in the store. Everyone there is polite and professional. I didn't have an appointment and they took care of me rather quickly 1.5 hours for tire balance and battery change. They even replaced a bolt for me that was stuck.
Great service. Cheap price. Very helpful. I went and got an oil change last week. The price was very reasonable. I noticed that afterwards the underpinning was scraping so I took it back up there and they fixed it up for me free of charge and were really nice about it. I’m very satisfied and I will definitely consider going back again for my next oil change.
