So... I went and had a new set of goodyear tires.. but when I picked the car up not 1 tire had the same air presure was the same or even right... it says 35 psi but they had one at 40, then 34 then 38 last at 31... Will never go back... I'll pay the extra 100 dollars more just to have it done right and in less then a day.. do not trust or take your auto here...
Waited 3 hours for an oil change, that I never got. Two cars in front of me when I got here. Two technicians neither certified, they don't have certain oils today so that's causing an issue because they have to go in the store and get oil off the shelf to use and the computer can't recognize that. Then on top of that they're having issues sending info from the repair area to the desk for a checkout.... So they can't even check people out!!! I scheduled to get my oil change and it took an hour (like the slots they had provided.) I was fine with waiting. The man who did my oil change came back inside and chucked my keys on the counter. When I say chucked them, they literally bounced off the counter and it took a chunk out of my keyfob. I was absolutely irritated, but went on about my day. Two days after my oil change, I noticed that my skid plate was hanging down on one side. This was my first ever oil change, so I know for a fact it was not like this before hand... read more
Hunter was so much help, i asked him questions i wouldn’t expect a walmart worker and he just answered them off the top of his head and was correct about everything (im a master mechanic) and honestly i was surprised, i asked him where my leak was coming from and he said and i quote “im not saying this is the issue because i would not like to be liable if it’s false but im almost certain it’s your rear main seal” and he was 100%correct and i really appreciate having kids in this generation that know what they’re talking abou... read more
The best thing about this place is the price is cheap. Other than that customer service is substandard and efficiency is substandard. Don’t expect them to answer the phones, don’t expect a smile, don’t expect them to be clean. People just don’t care anymore. It’s tough.
