Excelente atención..
I left after an hour and a half waiting to get my oil changed for which I had an appointment I went across the highway to Valvoline Express, I drove right in
The mangers are amazing, but most of the staff are lazy. We have went to several locations and this is the only location you see employees not on break standing around not working ALL the time. We came from 30 mins away to get all 4 tires done at 7:30am and we didn't get to leave until 1:30pm. I came here this morning to get a tire patched under my warranty and with them only having 1 vehicle and 2 employees they didn't even grab my tire for almost 2 hours. FIND ANOTHER LOCATION if you don't wanna sit and wait all day!
Refused to do a simple tire repair 2.5 hours before closing
I had a wonderful experience, everyone there was very helpful. No the service time isn't quick but the prices are very competitive and they do a thorough job. At least that has always been my experience recently and in the past, that's why I continue to go there for tires and oil change.
