I waited for more than an hour, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., only to find out that the service had been canceled 15 minutes after it started because the technician couldn’t remove the skid plates due to rusty screws. I didn’t receive any text or call from anyone at the Auto Care Center to inform me that they couldn’t service my vehicle. It took me over an hour to find out when I went to the counter to ask about the status of my oil change. Went in yesterday to get a nail repair on my tire told me they were too busy to do it to come back the next day try to make an appointment but they said they don't do appointments for tire repair or tire rotations came back today and he said they already have 21 appointments and can't get me in now. Even asked if I could just drop it off in case one canceled wouldn't let me
