Christina is unprofessional,rude and has no business dealing with customers. Spent my Sunday moring getting yelled at, only for her to say my tires were not there. The manager stepped in and found them....just like we told her. She is a total ding dong!
Went ready to spend $ and found Charles. Huge let down. He is a rude, un professional clueless employee. Came to Walmart for tires. Asked for a particular size and was rudely told "don't got them" and "you can order them yourself" and " have them shipped to your house" He didn't look them up. Clearly he didn't want to be there. We went out to the parking lot to our vehicle and looked the tires up on our phones. Not only were they in stock they were also available to ship to the store. 3 stars as the experience is usually pretty great. Today however was not good. We were told about an hour, hour and a half. Fine, I get that. The girl went out and checked that the tires I was buying were in stock. 2 hours later, They tell me there is an error in the system (even though she went and physically looked....?) and they actually only have the cheapy tires in stock. Fine, I'm already 2 hours into this adventure with a neurodivergent child in tow quickly reaching his limit and now I do not have time in my day to go... read more
