3 stars as the experience is usually pretty great. Today however was not good. We were told about an hour, hour and a half. Fine, I get that. The girl went out and checked that the tires I was buying were in stock. 2 hours later, They tell me there is an error in the system (even though she went and physically looked....?) and they actually only have the cheapy tires in stock. Fine, I'm already 2 hours into this adventure with a neurodivergent child in tow quickly reaching his limit and now I do not have time in my day to go... read more
