Very nice team at auto care center. Had an appointment at 1 and car went right back at 1250, however it took over 2 hours for the tech to mount and balance 4 tires 🤔. Overall great staff at the desk, SLOWWWWW installation.
Went in as soon as the automotive center opened and was assisted immediately. I went in to have my low beam bulb replaced and headlights restored. Cody did a great job getting it done.
Had to wait 3 hours for a tire that we purchased yesterday to be re- balanced. Tire was causing major vibration. Terrible customer service by two women behind counter. They were rude and not helpful. They tried to pull a worker away from working on my tire to unload a truck.
10/10 highly recommend, I was having a very not good day and I unexpectedly had to purchase new tires. With a baby crying, a tire falling off my stroller, and me looking like a mess, I went to the service counter where I was greeted with respect and kindness. Money is tight for everyone and life is LIFE-ING, but GOD, He always makes a way! They were able to help me get affordable tires so that I could get on the road safely. All the guys at the counter and shop were helpful and friendly. Walmart + road hazard got my service taken care of for free. This was the first Walmart of the 3 Auto that I called that picked up the phone when I called for appointment. Will be going back once I replace rim for tire install. Thanks!
