I called this Auto Center to ask a simple question. I was making sure there was a oil filter in stock before I drove here. Whoever I spoke with has no customer service skills whatsoever. At the end of our call I said thank you I appreciate it have a good day and I get hung up on. I guess common gestures of hospitality are not a thing anymore. I changed my mind I'm not going to buy anything from these people over there
Very nice team at auto care center. Had an appointment at 1 and car went right back at 1250, however it took over 2 hours for the tech to mount and balance 4 tires 🤔. Overall great staff at the desk, SLOWWWWW installation.
Went in as soon as the automotive center opened and was assisted immediately. I went in to have my low beam bulb replaced and headlights restored. Cody did a great job getting it done.
Had to wait 3 hours for a tire that we purchased yesterday to be re- balanced. Tire was causing major vibration. Terrible customer service by two women behind counter. They were rude and not helpful. They tried to pull a worker away from working on my tire to unload a truck.
10/10 highly recommend, I was having a very not good day and I unexpectedly had to purchase new tires. With a baby crying, a tire falling off my stroller, and me looking like a mess, I went to the service counter where I was greeted with respect and kindness. Money is tight for everyone and life is LIFE-ING, but GOD, He always makes a way! They were able to help me get affordable tires so that I could get on the road safely.
