Great service all around. Tech’s are knowledgeable and there seems to be good moral throughout their team. Never have any issues and the service is efficient and affordable.
I made an appointment in advance for an oil change. When I showed up for the appointment, there was a young lady standing at the desk and two employees apparently trying to book her in for an appointment she made online (I made mine in person). I stood and waited without being acknowledged for 6 minutes (yes, I timed it), while both employees disappeared out back. Absolute incompetence throughout the entire process... ordered tires from walmart.com and reserved an installation appointment. I show up and they first say they can't find my tires... THEN... say they have them and walk to the desk with landscaping tires in hand... meanwhile the tires I ordered were 275/65/R18's not 125/25/R11's and they proceed to tell me these are my tires as I'm showing them on the app the actual tires I ordered. Brieanna was really helpful as a service advisor. John and especially Rosalynn did a great job installing my new tires.
My girlfriend had an Absolutely horrible experience. Brought her car in for a simple oil change, the kid working in there had his friends coming in and out screaming. The "techs" were banging on her horn pretending to run each other over while pulling the car in and out. Very unprofessional. Not to mention they way overfilled the oil, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother draining the old and just put in new oil on top, I am also pretty sure they did not even change the filter as it looked old.
