This auto care is suffering right now. They are understaffed so wait times are ridiculous and they are very difficult to get ahold of. The staff themselves do their best considering they’re understaffed though. I hope they get the help they need because I am having to find other places to get service done because I simply can’t get ahold of them or get in their books even online.
really irresponsible when answering calls
Took my car there to install new sensors and they called me back and said they can’t do it because one tire is lower on tread on the very edge of the tire than the others. Mind you they didn’t replace the sensors on the 3 good wheels either. They are a joke and a waste of time don’t bother bringing your car here.
Waste of time and tire guys don’t know anything their doing.
Hour and a half to patch a tire, 2 hrs to do a oil change have never seen a place this slow
