If there was a negative review I would leave one Idk about ALL walmart auto centers But I've been to several and none of them good but the one in williston is the WORST 2x time I've been there Both times they didn't have my appointment on the schedule even though I put it in online Both times had to sit there for 2-3 hours longer than it was supposed to take. 1 time I bought new tires from them but didn't get the extended warranty on them . 3 days later one of the tires they just installed had a bubble on the sidewall , they... read more

Really irresponsible when it comes to answering the phone
I never dealt with more irresponsible shops before dont like to answer the phone
3+ hour oil change with customer provided oil and filter. If you couldn't get the drain plug out then you should have told me it's not doable or just hook it up to the oil vacuum you got. Also, had an appointment for a set time and the work didn't get started until 45 minutes after said time. Guys at the register were kind but the service time is just not reasonable for a sub 30 minute job. Thanks guys
