Really irresponsible when it comes to answering the phone
I never dealt with more irresponsible shops before dont like to answer the phone
3+ hour oil change with customer provided oil and filter. If you couldn't get the drain plug out then you should have told me it's not doable or just hook it up to the oil vacuum you got. Also, had an appointment for a set time and the work didn't get started until 45 minutes after said time. Guys at the register were kind but the service time is just not reasonable for a sub 30 minute job. Thanks guys
I had a terrible experience at Walmart Auto Care. My husband was told it was first-come, first-serve for mounting and balancing tires, but when I arrived, the same employee said I needed an appointment. Staff ignored me, and one employee was even outside texting instead of helping. After driving over an hour to get there, I left frustrated and disappointed.
