Had an oil change appointment but still had to wait 2 hours!!!!
Paid for car tires and install which were stated to be in stock. Got notification only 3 were available, and had to go and cancel it myself as if cars don't drive on 4 tires. I think they're hoping I'll be okay with an impromptu tricycle conversion?? Roommate also had issues where, upon arrival for appointment, the tires needed to be hunted down. Very disorganized.
Went a few weeks ago for an Oil change appointment. They had me wait 3 hours when they finally took my car back it was back out in under ten minutes. Now I have a check engine light and oil light… had my oil level checked. They didn’t change my oil!!! It’s pure gunk and almost no oil in it! Update to complaint turned in earlier. Just had my oil rechecked again… there was NO oil in the car. They say it looks like the Walmart tech dumped my oil but didn’t replace it or even do the window washer fluid because that was empty too... read more
They have done my oil change for years and today they they won't do my oil change anymore
A lot of things tripped up our tire purchase but we finally got them. Some employees here are great and the others a very confused.
