Got me in on time and replaced the tire in a good time. No complaints
Bought four new tires. The passenger front makes a clinking sound every time I turn right. I took it back the next day they said they didn't here it. It's still messed up! Don't go to this place!
Took my truck here to get the tires balanced. They called me an hour after dropping off saying they couldn't get the wheels off of my truck. "All four were over torqued" they said. So I bounced all the home, got my battery powered impact out and spun every single lug nut off with ease. Are they that damn lazy? Id say yes they are lazy liars and they wasted my time. If they'll be dishonest about this, what else would they be dishonest about? Beware!
Employees walking around laughing with nothing to do. I requested a tire change and they said they don’t have anyone that can do it.. let me use your equipment I’ll do it my damn self. This has been a consistent issue they repeatedly cancel appointments due to not having anyone available. I come to the store and they are all sitting around And refuse to do simple services. Staff is lazy, entitled, rude and simply doesn’t want to do their job. Definitely go somewhere else if you are able to.
