My friend just tried to get an oil change here and after dropping it off, they called to say they didn't have the filter. They returned to pickup and had to ask if they ever carry that filter, which turns out they do not. Drove down the road and Valvoline found that Walmart staff left the OIL CAP OFF and DIPSTICK OUT. This is incredibly dangerous and we are lucky we didn't drive far after leaving Walmart. Good thing there's no reason for my friend to come back!
Very unorganized I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone that wants to get auto service they leave caps off your car if you get an oil change if you order a tires they misplace your tire and do not know where it's at. if you order installation to get your tires done it will automatically get canceled the day of this place is no good Los Banos location is the worst I have ever been to. Staff is not knowledgeable at all I dont recommend
