Ordered 4 new tires then made a different appointment to have them put on. I also got there early and it was over 2 hours before the new guy from Ferris finally got them done.9/2/25. Now I was told that he had been there for a week and to me he was lost at running any of the equipment. If he was there a week then he should have known how to use it. I had a flat tire about an hour from home. Zach was amazing he ended up staying late to make sure that I was able to get home. This is exactly the customer service that I want. I can't say enough good things about Zach. He was professional he was courteous and more importantly he was concerned for my welfare
Ashame, everyone was very nice, but after 45 minutes and they hadn't even STARTED the oil change, and said it would be done in “about 45 more minutes." I just left. I walked in. Car was pulled into the bay l, hood up, said they'd text when it was done. Then they just never started. 🤷🏻 Over an hour and a half for an oil change that is 20 minutes down the road isn't acceptable. At least tell the customer "we can't start right way." Pretty crappy they wasted 45 minutes of my time wandering around.
