Great place to shop and car repair
Never in my life have I encountered such idiocy and incompetence. I bought tires and scheduled an appointment. I showed up for said appointment handed my keys over and shopped while I waited. One hour later I went back to the auto department and waiting. 30 minutes later I asked how long it would be and was told that didn't have the proper tools to remove the locking lug nut and I would have to reschedule. At my second appointment, that they couldn't schedule till 6 days later, I presented the proper tool and shopped. Again ... read more
Do NOT GO HERE !!! Horrible employees and managers!! I asked why they where charging so much the main manager of the store said I had to get all this stuff just to install a tire he said because it's recommended I said so it's a choice and since it was all newly done I would like to pass he than told me if I pass than he will refuse to put my tires on... talk about taking advantage of people and taking there money!! Its way cheaper to take them anywhere else and the other places are way less rude!!
Ordered 4 new tires then made a different appointment to have them put on. I also got there early and it was over 2 hours before the new guy from Ferris finally got them done.9/2/25. Now I was told that he had been there for a week and to me he was lost at running any of the equipment. If he was there a week then he should have known how to use it. I had a flat tire about an hour from home. Zach was amazing he ended up staying late to make sure that I was able to get home. This is exactly the customer service that I want. I can't say enough good things about Zach. He was professional he was courteous and more importantly he was concerned for my welfare
