Being a woman some shops try to upsell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge but the two men working at Walmart’s tire center treated me with such respect and kindness! They educated me and gave me a very fair deal on the best tires available! I will be coming here for all of my service needs because of the treatment I received. And they got the job done so fast! Thank you guys!
We got a flat tire on our vehicle Friday night. All of the tire shops were closed. Went to Walmart Saturday. They were busy. Trenton said he would get us in and out as soon as possible. We thought we needed a new tire. We were eating lunch and get paged to come back to auto center. Wyatt was the technician who was assigned our vehicle. He said nothing was wrong with the tire. He put it back on the rim and put back on the vehicle. He said there wouldn’t be any charge.
They definitely have found the laziest people, most of which have no business at attempting to speak to customers with any amount of professionalism. Their vibe? WACK. Their attitudes? WACK. Their foot stance? WACK!
