Horrible service, I’ve had two bad experiences with them back to back and I won’t ever go to this Walmart for anything car related. No other Walmart auto center has given me more headaches than this one. So much so I just went to take 5 and paid extra one of those times.
don’t show up when they open because you’ll be waiting an extra hour for someone to come to the desk
Took almost 2 hours to do an oil change. When we first arrived my sister and I asked where we park our car for the appointment and one of the employees completely blew us off and told us to move out of the way. He was very rude and we had to ask someone else where to go for our appointment, thankfully the second person was helpful. The appointment was at 12:30 and we got there at 12:20, didn’t leave until 1:55…
Not sure what his name was but was bald all I needed was to switch batteries there was still 30 minutes till they closed and he kept saying that it wasn’t worth doing it because they are about to close now tell me how that makes sense ?!! He was lazy and just didn’t wanna work .
Always get good service at this Walmart, normally just drop the car off and get a text when it's ready. Plus the pricing is good too. Thanks for taking good care of my cars.
