Took almost 2 hours to do an oil change. When we first arrived my sister and I asked where we park our car for the appointment and one of the employees completely blew us off and told us to move out of the way. He was very rude and we had to ask someone else where to go for our appointment, thankfully the second person was helpful. The appointment was at 12:30 and we got there at 12:20, didn’t leave until 1:55…

Not sure what his name was but was bald all I needed was to switch batteries there was still 30 minutes till they closed and he kept saying that it wasn’t worth doing it because they are about to close now tell me how that makes sense ?!! He was lazy and just didn’t wanna work .

Always get good service at this Walmart, normally just drop the car off and get a text when it's ready. Plus the pricing is good too. Thanks for taking good care of my cars.

René was a jerk I only wanted to pay for 1 item and he was patently looking for some keys for at least 15 minutes . I told him it’s just 1 item still he was taking his sweet time. My transaction only took 30 seconds why make me wait so long. Just being a jerk. (The guy with yellow hair)
