René was a jerk I only wanted to pay for 1 item and he was patently looking for some keys for at least 15 minutes . I told him it’s just 1 item still he was taking his sweet time. My transaction only took 30 seconds why make me wait so long. Just being a jerk. (The guy with yellow hair)
Trash called and called they wont even answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you so definitely won’t be purchasing anything from them won’t even answer the phone can’t even say please hold just hang up no respect so I can only imagine if I need help with there services they would have provided
The customer service is great and àlot of help when you need it
I called to prices on for my trailer. Customer service was helpful in looking up prices and helped with locating a location with tires in stock
Service is quick but customer service is trash. They open at 7am, I'm in line since 6:30 and at 7:25 I call them asking when they are gonna open. They responded "whenever we open these doors." Whenever we open these doors?!?! What is wrong with this company!?!?!
