This Walmart oil change maintenance guys always drop less oil into engine than normal
If you park your car, on time, for an appointment as the only customer there... you will be greeted with silence and avoidant glances. Like hey guys... dont be shy, I'm just a girl, Im not going to beat you or something??? Maybe they were abused puppies in their past lives. The guy takes my car like he is inconvenienced by my presence, as if this wasn't his job. I came in for an oil change. Not even greeted, ugly stares from the employees, they don’t know how to interact with customers I guess. When I got the text to pick up my car, a group of employees were discussing with another customer but I couldn’t even get a “we’ll be right with you” nor “just a second” just stares after a few. They didn’t even ask for the name under the car I was picking up, they just assumed, I had to check the paper before they checked me out.
The auto center is horrible
I regret not seeing the reviews before going for a tire repair. I checked in and never did they say there was an appointment ahead of me. I waited for an hour and saw my status was still as checked in and that’s when I asked and they let me know. All of the technicians were just walking around doing nothing except for two that were in the lobby area who did apologized.
