I regret not seeing the reviews before going for a tire repair. I checked in and never did they say there was an appointment ahead of me. I waited for an hour and saw my status was still as checked in and that’s when I asked and they let me know. All of the technicians were just walking around doing nothing except for two that were in the lobby area who did apologized.
Went to Walmart Auto Care Center at [Store Location] for an oil change and drain plug replacement. They didn’t replace the drain plug, took two hours, tried to charge me again, and also charged me for new wipers but never installed them. Very disappointing experience. I’m requesting a refund.
Auto care service customer service is awful. Jaime is the only one worth talking to.
