These guys got me in and out quickly
AUSTIN HWY LOCATION....They charged me for high mileage oil change but never did the oil change. Oil light came on and there was NO OIL added to my vehicle! Took it to a mechanic that did oil change and told me I had a dirty oil filter and maybe qt of old oil in my car. THIEVES AT AUSTIN HWY
I have been there before she get an oil change and everything was fine. However, this time is horrible. They forgot to seal the oil filter so it spit all the way out. You have a bad smell so it’s smoking saturate my alternator which caused the battery to die, and when I called to tell them, they were not helpful, I had to have the vehicle told and my expense I will no longer vehicle so for an oil change I would Encourage anybody who asked to at least go to the mechanic shop that specializes in oil changes.
