Pésimo servicio para con los clientes, llegué media hora antes de mi cita y no me atendieron hasta una hora después de la hora que me tocaba, no tengo nada en contra del racismo pero todos los que trabajan son morenos y yo soy blanco y siento que me miraron de mala manera, no pudieron realizar el servicio a mi auto supuestamente porque el filtro de aire le faltan unos tornillos en la parte de abajo, creo k nunca más haré una cita en este lugar.
Worst service ever I came in the day before in person and made an appointment I showed up for my appointment. They did not have it on the books then it took two hours to change one tire. They also messed up the undercarriage of my car and had it dragging do not use these people they do not understand English Obviously Walmart do better.
They sold me 4 tires online for $802 Hour later they cancel my order still have no idea why: then tell me it takes 10 days to get money back . I even called and try to ask what’s going on half didn’t understand English and the other half couldn’t explain anything f what so ever. Still no money on my card or explanation as to what happend I’ll never never ever ever ever go there again
Staff always aloof and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Called 13x back to back and nothing. Why even have a number?
just avoid this place!!!! Don't waste your time!!
