Called to find out if I needed an appointment to buy tires and have them mounted since I live 30 miles away. The lady I spoke with said no, to just come in. When I got there I was told I needed an appointment, and that they didn't know who I spoke with and that they couldn't do it today, 60 miles round trip wasted. Poor management.
TRUST THE REVIEWS. I wish I would’ve. I had an appointment and after waiting 45 minutes and seeing walk in customers getting in before my car I asked what was going on and the guy said that they do walk-ins too. I said so why are the appointments pushed back, it doesn’t make sense. They had no explanation. There were 5 employees standing around the tire balancing machine with one car in the bay. Just not well staffed and not knowledgeable on top of that. Won't be using them again
