It was a life saver. I was in the road over 6 hours & I pick up a screw on the tire. I walk-in & they took it & fix it. However I got there in a bad time. There were a few technicians being train or new. Over an hour to patch a hole. Good price
A technician checked my car to make sure that they could change the battery and said that they could. I waited for an hour only to be told that they could not change my battery. Barbara at checkout literally took 15 minutes to check the lady out in front of me and was so rude to us when we asked why we were not told sooner. My husband checked it before we left and they did not put the covers back on under the hood which would have blown off or caused a bigger issue. RUN! PAY MORE! So untrustworthy and unprofessional!!!
Made an appointment 2 days in advance for an oil change at 3:30. I got there at 3 went inside the auto care center door asked the lady what to do and she said to sit in my car and wait. I waited 30 minutes and still nothing waited until 4 and called them asking for someone to come out , after almost 2 hours of waiting the guy finally came out and said they weren’t doing anymore oil changes . Total waste of time .
How do I give a subzero had my oil changed and paid for a tire rotation and they didn't rotation my tires and they said they didn't have time and they didn't put a sticker in my windshield i will never shop Walmart again
