Went to get an oil and they told me after 15 minutes and i had just made it home, that they cannot complete my Toyota Camry oil change. Never been told that. They said it was overtightened.. not sure if they are weak, lazy, or incompetent but either way I will not be returning. Staff is friendly but would not trust them with anything besides a tire change and balance.

It was a life saver. I was in the road over 6 hours & I pick up a screw on the tire. I walk-in & they took it & fix it. However I got there in a bad time. There were a few technicians being train or new. Over an hour to patch a hole. Good price
A technician checked my car to make sure that they could change the battery and said that they could. I waited for an hour only to be told that they could not change my battery. Barbara at checkout literally took 15 minutes to check the lady out in front of me and was so rude to us when we asked why we were not told sooner. My husband checked it before we left and they did not put the covers back on under the hood which would have blown off or caused a bigger issue. RUN! PAY MORE! So untrustworthy and unprofessional!!!
