I take my car to be serviced at Walmart in Commerce, GA. Why? Price… convenience… customer satisfaction… and the skill of their technicians, including Jimmy who worked on my car today. I am also grateful for Barbara, who handles the front desk with skill and friendliness. Thank you for taking care of my ride, and please accept my unfettered recommendation!
Had a 4 appointment for a single tire change, arrived at 3:45 and did not get done until 5:45 2 hours for a single tire
Pulled up to get a plug put in my one tire and they pushed me all the way to the end of the day because I didn't have a appointment that they never would let me set. If I was you I would never use these slow people!!!!!!!
These people stayed later for a tire emergency we had. Having 2 small children this means a lot. 10/10 recommend! Everyone gave GREAT customer service from the guy that checked us in to the lady that check us out. Thank you again!
Went to get an oil and they told me after 15 minutes and i had just made it home, that they cannot complete my Toyota Camry oil change. Never been told that. They said it was overtightened.. not sure if they are weak, lazy, or incompetent but either way I will not be returning. Staff is friendly but would not trust them with anything besides a tire change and balance.
