Very unprofessional unethical conduct of the employees at the auto center. They replaced the good tires of my car instead of replacing the bad ones.
I brought in my old car and they had a filter in stock and helped me pick oil since I'm between mechanics atm. The guys in the shop took great care of my car and me, and it was a really pleasant experience.
Went at 10 am to get my oil changed not a car or customer in sight 3 employees are outside smoking and 3 more inside doing nothing leaning against walls talking. As I was then told that appointments come first and there was one coming in half an hour and that I wouldn’t be able to get in until “way later”. With no customers in sight. Called yesterday 4/5 to get 4 tires mounted on 4/6. The guy I spoke to on the phone said they don’t do appointments and to just bring my car in between 8-5. My husband brought the car in and they told him he had to schedule an appointment and they couldn’t do it today 4/6. That’s confusing? Also note there were no cars in the shop or waiting and all the workers were just messing around the office.
