Very unprofessional unethical conduct of the employees at the auto center. They replaced the good tires of my car instead of replacing the bad ones.
I brought in my old car and they had a filter in stock and helped me pick oil since I'm between mechanics atm. The guys in the shop took great care of my car and me, and it was a really pleasant experience.
Went at 10 am to get my oil changed not a car or customer in sight 3 employees are outside smoking and 3 more inside doing nothing leaning against walls talking. As I was then told that appointments come first and there was one coming in half an hour and that I wouldn’t be able to get in until “way later”. With no customers in sight. There’s no reason my oil couldn’t have gotten changed with one appointment in the next hour. What a joke and will never attempt to get anything done here again.
