Scheduled an appointment online for Sunday at 5 pm. They called and said they close at 5 and can I come in at 3:30. Sure. I drop off my car. Over an hour later, they call and tell me they don't have the tool to take the tires off my car. Walmart doesn't carry the tool, so I go to AutoZone and buy it. They say it's the wrong size. I reschedule, since they're closing. Hit a flat on the highway and knew to try Walmart to get us back on the road.
Very helpful associates, got me in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change
Website wont allow me to schedule appointment after I filled out all the information to do so. I got to tylhe require phone number part. I enter my number. And nothing happens. It dosent accept any number I try. It's not a service issue, it's a website bug that won't let you schedule.
