At a certain point im just mad at myself for even giving them a chance. If you get there and Renel is working, call the kids and tell them you won't be home for dinner. It took 2 hours to install a single tire. I ordered a tire online and picked it up. I said I know i dont have an appointment, I can get it installed somewhere else if they can't do it today, its no big deal. The guy told me it was fine but it might take an hour to get to. Got my tires installed today very impressed with the service had to wait a little which I didn’t mind because the employee Ricardo communicated very well just drove 40 highway miles and no issues thank you
