These guys are terrible. Alan refused to do a patch test and took 4 hours to replace a tire. Absolute trash service.
Two different experiences is what gives them this rating. One is I had to purchase a battery from there and they took every bit of 30 mins for someone to even come cash me out and with a whole line behind me who were upset. Second was today when I called to get a quote on an oil change and they hung up on me twice! Didn’t say anything just picked up the phone and hung up. So I’ll be going elsewhere for my car needs
Didn't have tires for my RAM 2500, but they offered to order them. I didn't have time to wait so I went to Victoria, Texas to get tires. This walmart is a smaller store with friendly people working there. I was surprised when they offered to help me find a few things.
Well wasn't happy that they weren't able to change the oil on my mother in laws truck due to new policy the previous owners broke the oil cap so they still used it causing oil to splash every where so they couldn't work on it ... Smh
