I have locking nuts on my tires and lost the key. I was told I would need to go buy the tools needed to get them off. I went to 2 different locations and finally got what they needed. I asked to have all of the lock nuts removed and 2 of the tires patched. Instead, the patched the tires, removed only 2 of the lock nuts, DID NOT replace them with standard nuts and DID NOT remove the other 2 lock nuts. If you want to get anything done on your car quickly and correctly, ask for Samuel. We ask for him every time and the car is always done quickly and drives so well afterwards.

Took my car to get tires changed. They magically found a screw in the tire I wasn't changing and said they couldn't fix it. Left and patched it myself and it was fine. Took it back a year later and wouldn't you know they found a screw on the tire they weren't changing again. Once is a coincidence, twice is intentional. Don't take your car here

Took my car here for an oil change. Been having issues with my car. Take it to a professional and they test it and tell me the wrong oil is in my car. I drive a muscle car. Won’t be taking my stallion to the dog park ever again. Xx

I took my car in at 7am to have my tire replaced. Since there was 2 cars in front of me, I asked the employee approximately how long it would take, he said 1 hour and 40 minutes to look at it. While I was waiting, I saw my car pull in; later I saw them pull it out. It was 2 hours later. I asked if it was done. Nope they did’t even look at it. I was told he had a 8 am and 9 am appointment. If I was told this in the beginning I could have taken my car somewhere else. They lack communication skills.
