Great customer service! On my 3rd set of tires since March. Luckily, I bought road hazard and they reminded me I did. They were very knowledgeable about my Subaru AWD. Previously paid $600 for new tires in October. Goodyears. Today, walked out paying $84 for 4 brand new tires. Thank you to Jim for making this happen! They get a bad rap- but not today!
The worst customer service ever. And the manager of the department Frank. Lacks customer service skills and soft skills. They wouldn’t even help my active duty military son get his car back on the road so he could get to his duty station at fort sill. All because he needed two tires from hitting a pot hole. And they wouldn’t service his cars because the wanted him to buy four tires because his car is a AWD. He only had enough money for the two tires he need.
