Our experience at the Walmart Auto Center was extremely disappointing. The mechanic who helped us was rude from the moment we walked in. When he asked what was wrong, we explained that we needed a new tire because we currently had a spare on the front driver side. His response? A sarcastic “Well, I can see that,” delivered in a way that made us feel like we were stupid for even explaining the situation. So I bought some tires on Walmart.com. so I took them to Walmart to have the tire center install them because they said they only charged $10 a tire to install, which I was like dang that's a great price! After they were done they told me that they couldn't get a valve stem out of my tire so he had to break it. Which is was sensor. The guy told me that I needed to order a new one because they do not provide the valve stems there. (Which I thought that was kind of odd) So I bought four valve sensors. Two stars because it was finished quickly and helpful team lead. But whoever was working my truck just seemed lost and whoever was operating it got oil or grease all over my drivers seat. Are set covers not a thing?? Sloppy work.
Waited 2 hours. Nobody even bothered to look at my car
