My parents bought 4 tires from here a couple days ago. Parents picked me up from airport. (Am in the military and flying home to visit.) Noticed there was a leak. The tire had a 1/4” defect. No nail or projectile then proceed to want to charge full price for a new tire. They sell defect tires and do not care about their own paying customers.
Total waste of time and money. Asked several times if they could do 0w-20 if the cap said 5w-20 (this is quite common and even recommended on some oil bottles) well the shop people confirmed with the cashier. Then after waiting the tech comes in to tell me he can only use the oil on the cap, after that waste of time and the line growth I couldn't even purchase the oil I had set out for to change it myself. Never let these dim witted fools talk you into having your oil done there.
The ladies that work the auto care center are great! They get the job done !!
