I went to get service. There's a car without a driver or passenger in front of the bay obviously waiting on service. I park behind it to get out to go and speak with an advisor and an obese serviceman comes out of the bay aggressively yelling at me to move my car. This obviously tells me 2 things, 1. It's an unprofessional setting. 2. They don't want my business. Firestone is 1 minute away from them. If you'd like professionals with a welcoming demeanor drive up the street.
They don’t answer the phone for carcare center. The operator answered fine but car care won’t pick it up. Im sure they have the line disconnected. So the phone won’t ring
