I have a jeep wrangler with the 3.6 pentastar engine. This engine has very specific procedures to check the oil, and tighten the oil filter cap. Messing up on either one can be catastrophic for the engine. The two guys doing the oil change followed the procedures exactly how I explained them (even if one kinda had a bad attitude about it) . I won't give him points off for that because I know what it's like to have a customer tell you how to do your job, it sucks.
