Automotive center is garbage. It seems like everyone has their heads up their asses. The old guy is running around trying to get information for your vehicle and check it in; and can’t keep track of your key once he tags it. 3 times I’ve dropped cars off for simple oil changes, they verify my information, they verify phone number, and: 1st time, left me waiting 2 hours before I finally asked if my car was done.
