I called for a price on a tire for a friend. Associate was helpful and led me in the right direction. My friend ended up purchasing the tire.
Literally got the worst customer service ever! I’ve literally had to deal with speaking with different people today. All who were telling me different stories on why I paid 69.99 for a tire two weeks ago but left there paying almost $90 for a tire that they didn’t even put on my car. Today I asked for them to put that same tire on my car and they tried to charge me again. It took an ex employee to come and fix there mistake for me to get a few dollars back.
