We needed a patch on one of our tires. They told us about 1 hour 30 minute wait. Well they called us after waiting just to tell us they are canceling our appointment, to go to the front desk and ask why. They said because we needed to buy 2 new tires, when we don’t. Went just bought two new tires form them LESS THAN two years ago. Um, it’s been two issues and the tire is having issues? They wouldn’t just fix it for us. They wanted us to hour a whole other set. Been waiting out here for 20 min and no one’s came out to help me
After a 2 hour wait they had the audacity to charge me full price for mounting 4 tires when mid job they tell me they cant balance my tires, because they don't have the right tool. Over inflated my front tires by 30psi and wasted a ton of my time. Also my tire light is on because they didn’t adjust the tpms sensors like they said they would. Edit: After a 1000 or so miles notice oil filter is loose and under side of my car is covered in oil.

Went in at least 30-35 minutes before closing for an oil change they said make an appt for tomorrow mind you i drove 30 minutes from home to get there if they wouldve answered when i called i could’ve avoided the trip but they dont answer phone calls
