I used to come here all the time and bring all my vehicles and they used to be nice. Don’t know what occurred to them but now they are rude and disrespectful. Last two times my wife took my vehicles they were extremely rude to her and tried to over charge her. Last visit they told my wife and me they couldn’t even find me on their system anymore. Your staff needs to do better. Worst service ever. Wasted 2hrs just for nothing.
I went to get my oil changed set my appointment the day before and spoke to someone who verified they had my filter in for my vehicle model. I get to my appointment it takes them 20 minutes to come to the counter then he tells me they do not have my cap to take my filter off. I literally ignored the 3.3 star review in hopes they could perform a simple oil change. Customer service is ridiculous and the shop is a joke
I always get my tires and oil done here since I moved to this area 3 years ago
