Slow and takes forever 😔 Took them an hour to tell me that I need a battery replacement prior to fix the tires. And then after getting the battery replaced, took them 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires with new ones.
oil change |October 31st 2025| auto care employee cross threaded the oil filter which caused the motor to loose all the oil causing it to lock up and leave us stranded on side of the road. would NOT recommend getting an oil change here
Do not, under any circumstances, take your vehicle here. Horrible customer service. Never a manager around. They tell you they did this and that and they don’t. I’m pretty certain they hire unqualified workers or their mangers are just turning their heads. They are the absolute worst.
The staff seem rude as heck. Their waiting room looks disgusting, dirty water dispenser, trash where the coffee supplies are, and the room itself was dirty as heck and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the waiting room that is how dirty it is. I purchased tires and mounting, which went well. I am not sure that they would do other things in a satisfactory way. All I can do is give it a 2 star rating. I think they can do a good job for CUVs or sedans , but anything large, like a pickup, would be suspect and I wouldn’t trust... read more
The best place, Ms Gabbi is so nice and amazing at solving problems if they arise, and Mr. David and the crew are as fast as it gets
