I've had 2 oil changes here. The first went ok, however I was informed they did not have my filter size available. So extra time was needed to get the filter. They requested next time I bring my own filter. Fair enough. The second time was not great. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They did the tire rotation fine, but they reused the old oil filter because I "brought the wrong one". Which would have been understandable, but they did not inform me they where doing this and just put on the receipt that I declined ... read more

I hit a pot hole in the middle of a road trip; in the stress of putting a spare on calling Walmart did take more tired and time than preferred but I finally got a hold of someone. I was not promised to be seen day of, but I was reassured that coming in as a “walk-in” appointment was possible. I was taken care of and back on the road within 2hrs!
