The employee were very respectful. And did a great job. I was satisfied 😁
They do not know what they're doing. They Jack the frame of my car up instead of the axle to change the tires and put new tires on and then told me my vehicle was broke. They don't even know what rear shocks and cool springs for the body frame is and refuse to sell me tires
Had no idea what I was missing! I was able to get a top notch battery for my Mercedes with a better "replacement" warranty than other top batteries costing nearly twice as much. The cherry on top was the "FREE" installation. Worth mentioning is Bonnie, the service writer and the person at the cash register. She was wonderful in getting me in and out in less than 30 minutes before the freezing rain and inclimate weather hit. They are terrific. One man brought me my walker from my car and brought it to me when I really needed it. It was a welcomed surprise! Thank you so much for your help.
My battery in my car died. I got a jump and headed over 25 minutes before closing. I had spoke to several folks before I got there about price and to let them know I was on my way. From the moment I pulled up everyone was so kind and helpful. They indeed remembered I was on my way and grabbed the battery quickly. My car was finished right before 7 and at a great price. The folks there were truly a blessing to me. They were so nice. I highly recommend their service!
