Should go anywhere else
Incredibly disgusted with the auto center in Grenada, MS. They drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil for an oil change and didn’t tell me. They then drove my car to a parking spot. When I backed up I immediately knew there was a problem. The tech then proceeded to drive my car to the bay. It’s was about 30-34 minutes before anyone told me anything. My car was left in the parking lot overnight and it was when I called a tow truck did it go to a transmission shop.
