Personally, i wouldn’t let anyone there touch my vehicle. Even get a battery tested, there are people there that won’t accurately select what drivetrain you have or motor, they told me when I worked there, it’s a guessing game at this point when selecting one, and I told them it doesn’t have to be and was called a smartass and told I don’t need to be one… They don’t go above and beyond, in fact when I would have been standing around I’d grab a vacuum that I never seen anyone else use the week I was there, and I’d pull the le... read more
Showed up with my tires showing the wires, had my own brand new tires to change them and was told it would be a 50 minute wait and then an hour to change the tires. I agreed to wait even though it shouldn’t take an hour to change the tires. Then the guy told me he didn’t feel like changing them so he wasn’t going to. ( it is illegal to refuse to change tires with wires showing as it is highly likely to cause an accident). I am contacting the manager and corporate. Bought a battery in June of 23. 4 year warranty. Battery is intermittently failing to start my car. Took it to them, and they tested it and told me it was perfect and nothing was wrong. It must be my car. This was either a lie or complete incompetence. Went to Ford service, who recommended replacing it. Running at 51% and only 605 cranking amps. 850 is needed for my vehicle. I don't know if it was a dishonest employee who didn't want to replace the battery or just stupidity. Either way, wouldn't recommend.
Pulled in to get my tires checked. They took my vehicle right in, checked for rotation and pressure. Service was quick and efficient this time. Thursday December 19, 2024
This was absolutely the worst experience today. First they sent me to buy my own oil filter at OReily’s…then after I dropped off the car they called and told me they couldn’t change my oil after all but they could balance and rotate my tires. So, I agreed… it took a very long time on a very slow day to balance and rotate my tires but I didn’t complain. I am currently sitting in another tire shop as THEY rebalance and rerotate my tires.
