Bought a battery in June of 23. 4 year warranty. Battery is intermittently failing to start my car. Took it to them, and they tested it and told me it was perfect and nothing was wrong. It must be my car. This was either a lie or complete incompetence. Went to Ford service, who recommended replacing it. Running at 51% and only 605 cranking amps. 850 is needed for my vehicle. I don't know if it was a dishonest employee who didn't want to replace the battery or just stupidity. Either way, wouldn't recommend.
Pulled in to get my tires checked. They took my vehicle right in, checked for rotation and pressure. Service was quick and efficient this time. Thursday December 19, 2024
This was absolutely the worst experience today. First they sent me to buy my own oil filter at OReily’s…then after I dropped off the car they called and told me they couldn’t change my oil after all but they could balance and rotate my tires. So, I agreed… it took a very long time on a very slow day to balance and rotate my tires but I didn’t complain. I am currently sitting in another tire shop as THEY rebalance and rerotate my tires.
