I've been a customer with Walmart for quite some time. I've had problems several times, but all Walmart customer service reps always manage to make everything right.
I waited 3 hours to get a tire installed and I had an appointment! Only for me to leave and the tire blew out literally 10 minutes after I left.
Got a brand new Goodyear tire put on It was flat the next day took it back to the service center, and they told me that my tire sensor was bad, and I said even if the tire sensor was bad the tire was flat and they said well what tire keep going flat? What are you kidding me? The Tire I told and showed you when we came in and let's not mention the lady at the counter!
Do not waste your time. I went in for a simple oil change because I needed one quick and found out that the techs were back there revving and playing with my car. I won’t be bringing my car here ever again.
