Orianna and the manager Kurt did wonderful to assist/correct an unbalanced tire that had just been placed on by the Branson hills parkway Walmart. They also informed me of an important concern on my car that Branson hills Walmart failed to relay twice in the last 12 months. Never go to the Walmart super center on parkway, use other Walmarts (this one on country blvd or Ozark have done well to correct other Walmart auto concerns for me)
Thank goodness they work on Sunday and were able to fix my tire in a timely and cost effective manner. I am grateful. It has been 1 week since repair n no problems. Thanks Auto Center staff.
A BIG thank you to Crystal and Nolan! They went above and beyond, and I'm truly thankful for them! I was traveling out of state pregnant and with my kids for a family vacation. When my cover under my truck came undone. I pulled in praying they could help and in less than 15 minutes Nolan went way out of his way and crawled under my truck in the hot summer heat in the parking lot to re secure it instead of using a left because I had a sleeping baby in the truck. Can't thank you guys enough! I'm so thankful!
