Waited 1hr 30 mins for them to tell us there wasn't a hole but I went out there and under 30 seconds pointed at the hole and they told us the tire wasn't repairable and that the wires were showing when we had only 30,000 miles on the tires and no wires were showing infact we had abt 1/4inch of tread left on street tires the next day the car was brought to target tire and the hole was patched quickly and pretty cheap so definitely recommend staying away from Walmart repair
Was looking for the number to the automotive center and saw the most recent review about the lady named Sandra. I believe she's a team leader or something like that, I agree with that review and will not bring my car in anymore because of her. I thought for sure she'd changed her attitude since I've been there last but, clearly not. Still rude and lazy. She will let the check out line get so long when the bay is obviously under staffed and one of the guys actually working on cars has to come in and start checking people out ... read more
If you see Sandra behind the counter don’t even bother taking your car here. Had it not been for the men actually servicing my car, this review would have been ZERO stars. That lady inside was absolutely horrendous. So rude and unprofessional. Not only was she rude to me but she was rude to her coworkers. Laziest employee I have ever seen. Seems to me like she doesn’t want to be there or hold the position she has as she cannot act right to customers or staff. Ridiculous.
Damien and Jessica were great to work with in the Auto Care Center. Very knowledgeable, professional and provided great support getting me back on the rode after multiple flat tires. Damien went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
They never pick up the phone so it's impossible to check if they have an item in stock or if they are even open. If you do manage to get there expect rude, indifferent staff.
