Came in with a flat tire for repair @1700. No one at the desk. No attendant in the service bay. Phone number just rings. Recommend Al's Tire Service just down the road instead!
Went to get an oil change and tire rotation and balance. They did the oil change and lied to me saying my tires are bad, without looking at them, they said they couldn’t balance and rotate them. Had to waste 2 and a half hours going and waiting at carencro Walmart, they did the balance and rotation with no problem I talked to the tech in carencro Walmart and he said my tires are perfectly fine. (AVOID OPELOUSAS WALMART AUTO CENTER) they give you a lie and an excuse every time
I had my tires changed here, they don't torque the lug nuts when putting the wheels back on. I brought my car to service because the wheel started shaking.
This was a good spot to put new tires on my suv. I will say this they added several packages that I didn't approve. When I tried to get my money back they told me no. I didn't notice the extra charges until a few days later.
