Refused to give me 10w30 by request and I wanted it due to my high mileage and I've had other Ford ranger run great on it, said I could get 5w-30 I didn't want it but I agreed because I was due almost thousand miles ago and my truck specifies 5w30 on the filler cap and they ended up putting 5w-20 in my vehicle
