Their customer service is the worst 2nd I have came and couldn't get car service. Made appt few weeks ago got to appt had a sign on the door they closed why did they not cancel appt. Get there today for some reason app had my appt at a store I have never visited and they again were no help. Didn't say sorry or nothing just bad all the way around
PLEASE BEWARE OF WALMART automotive center! This place is a joke and needs to be shut down. Ending of January of 2026 I went to get an oil change for my vehicle. Trusting that everything was good, I left home. The day after I noticed that there was oil leaking. I spent money buying cleaners, washing my vehicle and having to clean my driveway of oil. Add appointment to have my tires put on that I bought there. Get this they sent me and six other people before me somewhere else because they did not have no lift to pick up the car to put the tires on And the attitude of the girl was horrible. I'm about done with Walmart I got no service. Except for them they put my tires in the back of my car to drive somewhere else they were going to put the tires in my Audi without paper to protect the seats. He didn't even lay my seats right.
