They cant hold up to any verbal times they give to get the work done. Standard oil change is about 4 hours just fyi everyone, no honor to having an appointment. Slow workers. This place is pissing off the people of newton pretty good.
Took more than 5 hours even after scheduling. Techs told us we were a "walk in" even though we had made an appointment. Installed tires incorrectly. Some tires installed incorrectly. Thankfully, we asked the auto care manager and she was really kind and made the techs get it done.
Not good. Wouldn't recommend, and definitely won't be coming back.
Took 4 hours to install tires. We had an appointment. They installed one of the tires incorrectly. Came back next day, in the morning, mostly empy shop, and had to wait hours for the error to be fixed. They are incredibly slow, seen then loitering around in the shop doing nothing.
They take forever and they tightened my oil filter so tight that the next time I changed my oil, it took me forever to get it off even with an oil filter wrench. Walmart is never touching my oil again.
