So nice! I was able to book online for an unexpected flat tire. Melissa helped me this morning and she was incredible. Answered all my questions and was so friendly first thing in the morning. Everyone else in the shop was great as well!
They put the most oldest people up at the registers to check people out, very slowly. Holy crap.
They cant hold up to any verbal times they give to get the work done. Standard oil change is about 4 hours just fyi everyone, no honor to having an appointment. Slow workers. This place is pissing off the people of newton pretty good.
Took more than 5 hours even after scheduling. Techs told us we were a "walk in" even though we had made an appointment. Installed tires incorrectly. Some tires installed incorrectly. Thankfully, we asked the auto care manager and she was really kind and made the techs get it done.
Not good. Wouldn't recommend, and definitely won't be coming back.
