Went today at 6pm trying to get a tire changed but since they had 1 car waiting an told me they didn’t have time to change my one tire and I told him it was bad and showing wire he was still refusing to change my one tire!! So I’m writing this bad review I’m a single mom an making it by myself and to be turned away like that was just wrong and to turn away a woman begging to have it changed and fixed! Got the oil changed and the tires rotated. They remember to reset the computer which is very helpful. The app kept me updated. Refreshing to get the job done right!
Pulled in at 5:45 hoping to get a tire as ours had gone flat twice within 20 miles and wasn’t holding the tire plug. Even after hearing that, we were told they couldn’t fit us in before 7 with only 1 car in the bay

I heard they sold someone a tires as brand new when it was listed as a 2013 tire. Poor guy came into the shop i was at and was speaking about it. Idk if they know this but that is illegal. Most tires have a 5 year exp date. So becareful and check the tires before you let someone put them on. And stay informed. These mechanics in marshall county will try to take everything I swear. Can't make an honest living, always gotta scam someone.
