Less Staff (probably due to cuts), so the service desk doesn't always have someone available. As a result wait times are longer at the desk. Service on the car was fast, and seemingly good. I had tires replaced. Things seemed satisfactory leaving the store.
If you are missing a stud on one tire, it apparently affects the other 3 you want to change. Also needed an oil change and they didn't have any oil filters. I wouldn't be as peeved if I was informed as soon as they realized. But I didn't know until I checked back 2 hours later and they told me it was canceled. Pointless to ask for a customer's number if they don't utilize it. They just "assumed" someone told me. I should have known better going to Walmart.
Super fast service in an out 15 minutes tops
