I got a hole in the side of my tire. I live 5 minutes from Walmart, I had to stop 3 times and air my tire up just to get there. I waited in line for over 30th minutes finally got up to the desk and told the girl I needed a tire, she said hold on walked away for another 5-10 minutes came back and said I hope you don’t want it mounted today and I said yes I have a hole in my tire and can not drive it. Had a VERY slow leak in tire and couldn't find it myself. Was the fiesf person there at 7am and at 8:45 was finished. It took that long to bubble. Went out of their way to teach me tricks to finding very slow leaks.
Very poor service and attention!! Please don't go there don't matter if you paid more some where else
Took my car here when I first got it , it already had an oil change from the dealer which was done at a shop. They said it was stripped and they had to vacuum it out. I thought it was odd they had three guys looking at my car and took an hour once pulled in. So I continued to take it here since I believed what they said and they vacuumed out the oil every oil change with was 3 more total. Today I find out my head gasket is blown because of what they did.
