Showed up for a 5:30pm appointment and I was told they were 3 hours behind. No one called me to let me know. The employee at the desk was rude and dismissive. It's not worth the $20 you save.

These idiots threatened to remove the weights on my tires unless I paid for lifetime balancing, charged me for new TPMS sensors they didn’t install and took 3 hours to do 30 minutes worth of work. Avoid them like the plague. It took them longer to check me out than it did to install the tires.

Made an appointment to have tires put on that I had ordered online. Process was painless. They did take about 40 minutes to start after I arrived there But in about an hour and 45 minutes from my appointment start time I had four new tires and was pleased with the service. The tires were much cheaper online and they delivered them to the store for me.

Not happy. They did not check the fluid level on my manual transmission, stating that it’s a ‘closed system’. They also did not replace the engine air filter after asking if I wanted it done. The service description said screws were missing from the heat shield, and never mentioned it or offer to replace them. I’ll find another place next time.
