Took my car here when I first got it , it already had an oil change from the dealer which was done at a shop. They said it was stripped and they had to vacuum it out. I thought it was odd they had three guys looking at my car and took an hour once pulled in. So I continued to take it here since I believed what they said and they vacuumed out the oil every oil change with was 3 more total. Today I find out my head gasket is blown because of what they did. Absolutely abysmal service by all except one cashier. He was great. Everyone else has not communicated efficiently and no one has listened to us. Fianceé had brought her car in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. We get it serviced for such, and as we pick up the car, the female cashier tells us there was a nail in a tire...didn't specify which one...neither did the reciept. Where was the phone call to let us know? See if we wanted to get it replaced? So we had to basically go to the back of the line and wait another 4 hour... read more

You get what you pay for. This is a lesson from experience. July 7 2023 I bought 4 new Goodyear tires from walmart Lebanon, TN. I went in to have the tires rotated. I had them rotated already at a Nissan dealer. Walmart said they couldn't rotate them due to the tread being too low. I drove 30, 308 miles on these tires. The manufacturer warranty is 40,000 miles. I paid $690 for 16 months of tread here. I called the corporate Goodyear in Nashville. They told me info that was great. I will never get a tire from Walmart again. T... read more
