Poor customer service.
Switched appointment with us to begin with, waited to do afternoon appointment, signed in, they pulled our car in then 10 minutes later they cancwlled cause said didnt jave our oil filter. I asked why they couldnt of told us that when we scheduled sincw pulls up all info to where we been before , they said they only change oil dont keep up with inventory
Service is good most of the time unfortunately today was amazing not in a good way. They ran out of the oil I use, no oil filters, and almost 3 hour way for tire rotation. I scheduled an appt for Monday at 7:30am.
I got a hole in the side of my tire. I live 5 minutes from Walmart, I had to stop 3 times and air my tire up just to get there. I waited in line for over 30th minutes finally got up to the desk and told the girl I needed a tire, she said hold on walked away for another 5-10 minutes came back and said I hope you don’t want it mounted today and I said yes I have a hole in my tire and can not drive it. Had a VERY slow leak in tire and couldn't find it myself. Was the fiesf person there at 7am and at 8:45 was finished. It took that long to bubble. Went out of their way to teach me tricks to finding very slow leaks.
