Terrible customer service. Nasty attitude from older man "mike" at the counter. Team lead was just as bad, Katherine?
Called ahead, waited, got signed in for an oil change. Vehicle was in bay .. I walk around the store an hour later I am told we can't do your oil change. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.
I pulled into this auto center with a leaky tire right at 7 PM, as the gentleman was locking the door to close up for the day. He was kind enough to Reopen to take a look at my tire, and found a small tear as well as a nail. He showed me the damage and provided the options for a new tire. They then took the time to put the new tire on for me, and got me on my way within about 30 minutes. Guys were super helpful on a battery exchange.
A few weekends ago, I was driving back to Arkansas from the Springfield area. My wife's van starting having indicator lights come on for the battery (that we had purchased at walmart). We swung in here to get it tested. Turns out it was the alternator. I asked the tech if he could charge the battery or if there was something else we could do.
