Was running late and missed our tire appointment. They checked us in as a walk-in instead, told us there were two ahead of us and it would be an hour. Was an hour and 45 minutes before they even pulled us in to start. Changing just one tire. Didn't take long once they pulled it in, but I missed work because we were told one hour and it ended up being two. Slow employees who like to stop to chat with one another, making the wait longer than it should have been.
Everyone was friendly and helpful with what I needed in the automotive department
Waited one hour for an oil change for them just to tell me that they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have a filter that fits my vehicle.
Terrible customer service. Nasty attitude from older man "mike" at the counter. Team lead was just as bad, Katherine?
Called ahead, waited, got signed in for an oil change. Vehicle was in bay .. I walk around the store an hour later I am told we can't do your oil change. Worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time.
