Negligent service and lack of accountability at this Walmart Auto Center. I visited this location for a routine battery replacement and encountered several issues that raise serious concerns about the conduct and accountability of the staff. Fast, Great, Services!
I had tire service done and my wheel lock was not returned. When I came back to get it, it was obvious by the number of wheel locks they had that this is a routine issue. They could not find it. Avoid this place.
Bad service, they break the drain plug and they don't take responsibility for repairing it. The oil change took more than 4 hours.
