Completely horrible experience. The customer service was awful from the moment we arrived. Employees continued walking past us without greeting us or even acknowledging us with a simple “we’ll be with you shortly.” The issues started before we even arrived. The day before our visit, we were told that despite having a flat tire, we would not be helped because we did not have an appointment. Once we finally received service, it was extremely slow. Pésimo servicio. Después de dejar mi auto por 1hora30min me llaman para decime que no hará el servicio. Hacen perder el tiempo.

The workers are very lazy especially the one who was at the cash register yesterday don’t have patience to help people at all poor customer service someone was complaining about something they messed up on their car

i waited 2 plus hours for plug in my tire at this location and when i went to the service desk to ask questions they told me “they must be on lunch” and my car was just parked in the bay for 30 min. this is ridiculous i had an oil change at the pasadena location and it took 20 min total i will NEVER come back to the houston locations horrendous auto service again.
