We waited two hours for them to change the tire on our car, and they didn't have any other cars except mine. Then another one came, they fixed it, but they didn't do anything with mine. What they were doing there for two hours, I have no idea! You need other employees who will do everything at once, and not wait two hours for some nonsense.!!!!!!!
DID HOME OFFICE REAL SEE ALL THIS MESSAGES? IM FIGHTING FOR MONTHS TO DO A COMPLAINT, CALLED SEVERAL TIME TO 1800 WALMART AND ALWAYS RECEIVED THE SAME ANSWER DEOM THE SAME PEOPLE. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME PVER AND OVER THEIR SERVICES IS JUST TO SOLVE ONLINE PURCHASES/COMPLAINTS. THE EXCUSE? THEY CANT SEE OLD VIDEOS FROM MONTHS AGO. Came in for a tire install one of them that kinda look special ed not gonna say his race because you’ll automatically know , but he said he couldn’t take them off and I would need to get all new tires and lug nuts. Went to OReilly the man took off my tires in 1 minute. Idiots lol
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change through the app. The auto center department was clean and organized. Joshua saw I was waiting in line and promptly helped get me checked-in. When my vehicle was done, he patiently answered all of my questions and offered recommendations to resolve an issue with my tires and TPMs. He gave me a general idea of the total cost of services would be which was nice. The cashier never submitted my ticket after we discussed price and i picked the tire. An hour later I am finding out no one knew what need it to be done in my vehicle, no one bother to call me or text me. Your people needs to be retained, I also need it an oil change he refused to give me service with our an appointment when I don't see no vehicle waiting and all your technician outside 3 of them just playing or texting with their phone.
