I want to give a huge thank you to Dwayne, Lindsey, and Gio at Walmart Auto Care. They were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful when assisting me with my battery replacement. They got me in and out quickly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel like my concerns were being dismissed. Was getting 2 tires replaced ,told the guy where I wanted them- 1.5 hours later he comes telling me where he put them I explained that’s not where I told him to put them, he throws a fit and says I have to pay for him to move them around, I told him I’m not paying for a mistake he made throws another fit- he moves them around and doesn’t do it right again. 3 hours to change some tires and can’t even do it right- I still had to go to another shop to fix his mistake- such a waste of my time and money- very rude service man.
Don’t recommend, mechanics don’t know what they’re doing and have to go ask management. Pedro the manager keeps checking out the women which is highly inappropriate.
