Made an appointment at the front desk. Arrived the next day at my appointment time. They had no record of my appointment. The guy was nice about it and said he could fit me in an hour, but it is 110 degrees outside and i am a senior who gets faint in this heat (that's why I made an appointment!) just wanted to get my oil changed and get an estimate on new tires. I have just deleted my 23 year old account with Walmart. I am through with them. They treat their customers like crap.

I went in to get two front tires replaced! My expectation was that I would get the tires rotated. Unfortunately, I was told that they weren't able to rotate the tires because they had issues taking out my back tires, and that was the reason why they weren't able to rotate my tires. So, you mean to tell me that your Auto department specializes in two things: Tires & Oil Changes. However, you had issues removing one or two tires?! If you’re thinking about getting your tires changed here, be prepared to wait… a long time. I came in for a simple tire replacement—just 3 tires—and it ended up taking over 2 hours. That kind of wait time for a basic service is honestly ridiculous. The prices are reasonable, and if you're not in a hurry, maybe it's worth it. But if you value your time, you might want to look elsewhere. Efficiency definitely isn’t their strong point.
