Was getting 2 tires replaced ,told the guy where I wanted them- 1.5 hours later he comes telling me where he put them I explained that’s not where I told him to put them, he throws a fit and says I have to pay for him to move them around, I told him I’m not paying for a mistake he made throws another fit- he moves them around and doesn’t do it right again. 3 hours to change some tires and can’t even do it right- I still had to go to another shop to fix his mistake- such a waste of my time and money- very rude service man.
Don’t recommend, mechanics don’t know what they’re doing and have to go ask management. Pedro the manager keeps checking out the women which is highly inappropriate.

I recently purchased a set of 265/70R17 tires online from Walmart and scheduled an installation appointment three days later at 4 PM. Tyler was assigned to replace all four tires. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I was told my truck was ready—only to discover that 245s had been installed instead of the 265s I ordered.
