This might help you. When you show up park in a parking spot. Some Walmarts do have service writers outside, but this is always short staffed. Making an appointment on the Walmart app is the best way to go for the oil change and tire replacement service. There are some oil types and oil filters they just don't have. It's mostly European cars. ( WV, BMW, Mercedes, Audi and so on). The garage is contracted to use one brand of tool and it's a awful brand.
