The lady didn't want to see if the tires I needed could be shipped to the store and then acted as if the call dropped.. a one star rating is more than they deserve. Her tone when communicating on the phone was as if I was a bother to her and she preferred to just brush me and my questions to the side . This was at the Grand Blanc MI Walmart service center.. apparently her morning coffee is more important than selling tires.. my recommendation is find another place to shop for tires ..
Staff was high as kites. Didn't understand the concept of a rotation... so much for an appointment I set up the day before with exactly what I needed done... I obviously left without being anything done.
Auto service place never had any issues up until today. sat there for almost 2 hours, assuming my car was getting an oil change. All to find out they cancelled my appointment but my car was “ready” for pickup. They stated they could not get the parts off they needed to do the oil change. But did not decide to tell us or let us know, but proceeded to let us sit there and wait. Will not be back to auto service
