So apparently if you have an AWD you can't get TWO new tires put on, it has to be FOUR (?)!! Does that apply if you have a flat also? Thankfully, Brandon's Tire doesn't have this "policy." IF this is an actual thing, it's absolutely RIDICULOUS & definitely bad for business! (Yes, these were brand new Walmart tires)
Without fail, literally every time ive ever brought a vehicle to Walmart for a tire or two, some arbitrary bullshit made up on the spot reason means they have to do all 4 plus a spare or they cant touch it
The staff that works here is great. The overall system isn't. Appointments don't work well, they often don't have parts and getting a walk in for a tire rotation is near impossible and it is a walk in service. Do yourself a favor and get your car serviced elsewhere.
Couldn’t do a simple task ended up wasting hours.
