Guy in the front told me pull my car around and pull into bay #2 to ask for what I need which was tire balancing. Cool. No problem. I get back there and low and behold, the Caucasian fellow decides to ask if I have an appointment and when I told him why I'm there and that the person in the front told me to come back there, he acts as if they don't do tire balancing there even though the pricing is shown on their monitors in the front.
