I have a BMW 428i gran coupe and the literal cars owner manual says that it takes Ow40 oil but their faulty system shows that it takes Ow20. Been getting my oil changed with Ow40 at walmart for years and they never had an issue elsewhere. I was showing them the owners manual and everything but they’re just super uncooperative. I drove an hour out here just to get an oil change because it’s the only one close to me and they didn’t even try to listen to reason. They don’t really care about the customers at all.
Showed up on a donut at 630 with the tire in trunk and wouldn't service me had all the shop doors closed with no cars to work on period . Could sold a tire and mounted in 15 min , oh well that's American workers these days
I ordered and paid for tires and installation online & up an appointment at that same time. I realized my tires were a little worse than I originally thought so I called and asked if I could get in sooner. They told me they don’t “make” same-day appointments but then told me if I could be there by 6:10pm they would get me taken care of. Travis & Rob worked on my car replaced tiers they were fast and some how managed to fix my other issues I had that I had a whole other appointment for at the dealership so thank you!
